Fantastic experience: We met with 4 real estate agents prior to selling our house. Shawn was willing to list the house for $15,000 more than the next highest agent and $35,000 more than the lowest. He must have been right on his listing price as we had a full price offer in less than 24 hours. All issues that came up were handled professionally by Shawn and his staff. If we need a real estate agent in the future Shawn will be called first. I do recommend to anyone reading this that they interview a minimum of 3 agents prior to signing a contract. This is the largest financial transaction most people ever have. Be sure your agent is a good fit with you. We needed Shawn's services again in 2022, he was the only agent we contacted. Shawn accurately priced house we ended up selling within a week of going live on listing for $15,000 over asking price. Very happy with Shawn and his staff.
