Fantastic experience: My wife and I interviewed 3 different real estate agents in town. Diana was by far the best choice out of the 3. Not only did she provide a picture perfect game plan, she guided us all the way to the finish line. If you want an agent with a “team” then she may not be the agent for you. Fantastic experience: My challenge in writing this review is to keep it short. I have had a less than positive experience with realtors in the past year since embarking on my out of state relocation. I knew what I needed and did not want in my next home but the 3 previous realtors were not paying attention, were not forthright, nor proactive on my behalf. I was doing all the legwork while working full-time + hours and almost gave up looking for a house (at least for a while). When I read Diana Benson's reviews and testimonials, I gave her call and she responded right away. She asked me all the right questions and quickly formulated a game plan for my search. STORY TIMEEEE - so grab your beverage or snacks of choice. A little over a year ago I was sent on deployment and I reached out to Diana to tell her when I came back I will need her help to find my home. She didn’t try to reel me in with marketing. She didn’t even email me or call my phone. She was polite and said, “Thank you for your service” and when you come back I will be happy to help you. When I came back, I misplaced all of her information in a move, and I couldn’t remember her name or anything but I remembered her picture. You know the one with the hair over the one shoulder .. that’s such a great picture though! Shows character .. ok ok so when I found her, it was like no time passed at all. Unknowingly to me my journey to finding a home with my militant schedule changing seemed doomed from the start. Fantastic experience: Diana far exceeded our expectations as a realtor. As first time home buyers I can't imagine having worked with anyone else. My husband and I entered a difficult market (for buyers) at a time when competition was high and inventory was low. We pretty specific in what we were looking and what our non-negotiables were so with limited housing inventory, we knew we were narrowing our options; however, Diana was wonderful in encouraging us to never settle. While she was honest and helped us set reasonable expectations for our prospects given our very specific criteria she never once pressured us to change our minds. What became obvious right away when working with Diana is how valuable her experience and knowledge would be. In every home we saw she was able to point out potential pitfalls and things of value.
