Fantastic experience: Jonathan and his team went above and beyond on helping us selling our house, he had all the best contacts to help get the house in viewing shape and to get the professional pictures taken. He was able to discuss with us on what we would be able to get for our house, which was more than what we were thinking honestly, and we had an offer within hours of posting it online. He walked us through every document he sent us and explained it to us very well so we understood what we were signing. He had a contact for any repairs that needed to be done after the inspection. When he was there at the closing he explained every document that we signed because there were a lot of documents. After signing we are still in contact with Jonathan and his team, and we are recommending him to everyone we know.

We weren't looking too much into buying a home but when we started looked into viewing a couple of homes we found one we liked, we then proceeded to go to look at another house and that's where we meet Jonathan. From right off the bat Jonathan was a real realtor. He knew what he was doing and knew all the in's and out's of the realtor business. We decided to use him as our full time realtor to help us put in an offer on our dream house.
