Negative experience: Adriana Barbee an agent collected from me a check of $3000 as down payment, charged $450.00 plus $500.00 inspection cost. Finally, the house was sold to a third party, without refunding the above amounts. Can you imagine it happened in our Great Nation? I am proud to be an American - But see, what she did for me. I have the copy of Check and receipts,. If I produce the these document can you refund the amount?

Negative experience: I have been assisted by Ciera Sims at Next Level Realty and she has taken the difficulty out of home shopping!! It seems like being a realtor to Ciera is more than just a job, she takes her clients seriously and she takes the time to listen to her clients. Every question I asked she answered, anything I didn't understand she was more than willing to explain it. There are several realtors that rush the customers just to collect a check, but this Ciera doesn't work like that, she takes pride in what she does and she does it as though she was doing it for herself or her mom. Fantastic experience: My husband and I still haven't purchased our first home, but when we do, it will be with Ciera Sims. We were blown away by her knowledge of the market, and she leveled with us on what our income would, and wouldn't be able to buy at present. We love living in Rancho Cucamonga and after years of renting here, we want our own place. I told her that I'm not interested in the high desert, Southridge or San bernardino. Other agents I have met with tried to talk me into something that I didn't want. But when we have met with Ciera, we didn't feel pressured and she really listened to what we want in our first home.. As first time buyers we qualify for certain programs. There are HOAs, mella roos, down payment assistance ? Really its so much information to take in. All the info that she has provided left me feeling that she has our best interests in mind, that she is willing to work with us and our budget. I'm interested in a condo where my husband wants a single story dwelling with a backyard for a bigger dog and a BBQ , even if its smaller in square footage . This realtor was just such a nice person, she treated us like friends and I feel that even if I don't get my dream house yet, I will find it and that Ciera is the lady we want to help us close the deal.

We found the perfect house for us the first day out. A year and a half later she is STILL looking out for us as clients. We had decided on a home but then we changed our mind at the last minute due to one "unsubstantiated" reason but Travis and Sarah didn't get annoyed in the least and helped us look for another, without losing a beat! When we moved into the home, Travis went above and beyond and helped us settle in the home environment after living in an apartment setting. For example, he arranged for laundry machines when the seller took hers and we were feeling the pressures of independent living. Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Chris and his team for quick and smooth sale of our home in Eastvale Ca. Listing with Next Level was a non stressful seamless experience that ended up in a full price cash sale of our home with in 4 days on the market. The amount of traffic we experienced with in those first couple of days was amazing. I recommend if you want a team to take control of selling your home Next Level is the team you want. We had some difficulties securing a new residence due to a fast sale and Chris Negotiated a 3 month rent back of the hoe which was $600.00 less than our mortgage payment was prior to selling. So we sold out home and rented back for less what could be better than that.
