Fantastic experience: We worked with Kevin, Mayira, and their team for buying our first home. Both Kevin and Mayira were very responsive and answered our calls at any time. The team went above and beyond by transferring documents into a DocuSign so we were able to sign remotely, including the documents the escrow company was not able to transfer to a DocuSign. They acted on tight deadlines and smoothly handled difficult situations that arose due to miscommunications by third party entities. Kevin accompanied us to about 15 home viewings from Chino to Corona Hills and we were able to find a home that was both budget-friendly and had a huge lot. We were able to close escrow just 1.5 months after starting our home search.
