She also provided great advice on things we should and shouldn't do to make our offer on the home more appealing to the seller (as it's a seller's market now). I was very grateful for her helping me to understand the most important things to look for in a house and not to get overwhelmed with the small, minor things that came back on the inspection. She submitted an offer right away and worked really well with the seller's realtor to ensure that all concerns were resolved quickly. The seller's realtor told me that she was great to work with also! She was very responsive to all my questions and answered them promptly. I had no clue of any companies to do my inspections and other things that were required before purchasing the home as I was out of state and she was able to provide me with names of various reliable companies that I could use. Missy helped us to find a safe neighborhood for our family which was a major concern for me, as I wasn't familiar with Utah. Her knowledge of the area and the entire home buying/selling process was invaluable to me! Am so very thankful that we had Missy as our realtor!
