Fantastic experience: Anthony was absolutely incredible. My wife and I were moving across the country and Anthony was very helpful in figuring out exactly what we wanted in a house. After talking with us and going through some houses, he really nailed down what we wanted. He is also incredibly knowledgeable, and will let you know what houses are turnkey, and which ones will require immediate projects to address certain issues. This was remarkable, as I did not want to fly to look at houses that looked good in photos, but had hidden issues. Not being from the area, he was also super helpful in letting us know a little about the the neighborhoods and surrounding area. He was generous enough to show me around while I was here, and made sure the entire homebuying process was as easy as possible while living ~1000 miles away. I am from the Upper Midwest, an area where people are known to kill you with kindness. While Anthony's accent says Long Island, his actions and attitude says Upper Midwest. If someone were to ask me if Anthony is a great choice, I'd give them a good old Midwestern "You Betcha".

Fantastic experience: When we started to interview agents to sell our house, Anthony was the standout in the crowd. When people say first impressions count, Anthony is the definition of this. He came to our house highly professional and knowledgeable in the real estate market in our area. He was prepared with comps of past sales and current houses for sale in our area. He walked us through the process of getting the house ready for the sale, preparing it for photos, video and drone footage. He explained what would happen every step from pre listing, to going live with the listing, to private showings and open houses. Anthony was able to sell our house within less then 7 days from the listing going live. He had multiple prospective buyers lined up the 3 days before the open house. During the open house on Saturday and Sunday of the first weekend he had over 20 prospective buyers attend. I truly believe this was not a fluke due to the current times in the market but his ability to advertise and promote our listing across all aspects of social media and online websites. Anthony was always there personally during all phases of the process. This was a big plus for us. Fantastic experience: Anthony was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had reached out in March of 2024 to get an understanding of how the house buying process works, Anthony explained everything to us and gave us great insight. After meeting we decided we weren’t ready just yet, for about the next year Anthony continuously checked in and asked if we had any questions or needed any information. We reached out again in April of 2025 to tell Anthony we were ready to move forward, from that moment on he was diligently looking for us, finding us the right area and answering any questions we had. After taking us to see about 30 houses we finally found the one we wanted, Anthony got our offer in right away, made sure it was the best, had our inspection booked the day after our offer was accepted and proceeded to get us the house. He negotiated on our behalf multiple times to get buyer concessions and never stopped working for us, he was always available to talk and answer any questions we had. We had our own lawyer and loan officer who Anthony also worked diligently with to make sure they had everything they needed for contracts and closing. We talked about what my wants and needs were and he started finding properties right away. Even though my budget was very limited, Mike knew where to look. He was also able to eliminate properties so that I didn’t have to sift through a lot of places that just wouldn’t work.
