Fantastic experience: Offer on house in 4 days!! Kimberly Smith is the best around. She is very knowledgeable and does her research on your specific market before she comes to view the home. This gives the homeowner a great place to start the listing process. She comes with comps of homes that have sold in your area recently and with market data for you to review. She helped me stage my home with items I already owned, had professional pictures completed, and she had the home priced correctly to sell. She listed my home and we had an offer from the first potential buyer and closed within four weeks of listing. Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience even through adversity! After being outbid, sellers that didn't actually want to sell, and viewing a few houses misrepresented as "livable", Laury and Guy stuck with us through the mud and found us the perfect place to settle into after retirement. Yes, we have been busy with the move, but most importantly I have been trying to find the words to express my gratitude and admiration. She truly is amazing, as an agent and especially as a person!!! Our sale was a bit difficult to say the least as we were involved with a relocation company through our employer so there were many obstacles Amy had to go through for us. Fantastic experience: Living Down South responded to our Zillow for sale by owner ad. They provided a very nice For Sale by Owner sign for our yard that did not advertise their company. Their agent also provided valuable information and documents to help navigate the sale process in South Carolina. After trying for several weeks to sell our home ourselves we decided to list the home with them. They found several interested buyers that viewed our home and sold the home for us at a price we were very satisfied with.

Fantastic experience: The property my parents bought at Hartwell Lake in the early 1960s was recently sold. Sweet memory of my visit there with them to purchase it. Just a tiny piece of land that has remained vacant since their purchase.Thanks to Debbie Henry, the Hartwell Lake Lady, it was also a very sweet ending. Fantastic experience: Guy spent months working with me to find my own little slice of heaven. He convinced me to consider a listing that I had dismissed based on the photos. I ended up falling in love with the property! He walked me through the due diligence phase, making sure I thought of and checked items I didn't know where a thing. He even attended the closing to make sure the last minute changes were made. Guy is quick to respond and always has your back.

Fantastic experience: Kristin has been absolutely amazing. As a military family we have had a LOT of experience moving and with realtors and this was our “coming home” move with the goal of finding our forever home near our family. We have been looking for over a year and Kristin has worked tirelessly every step of the way doing virtual showings for us and meeting with my parents to help us decide how to move forward. The market has been weird the last couple of years to say the least and we went under contract twice and ultimately terminated them both for various reasons. Fantastic experience: Laury and Guy are amazing! We were introduced to Living Down South Realty by a realtor friend to sell our house at Lake Hartwell. They came out estimated what our asking price should be (Over $100,000 more than the other company) and we got full asking price! It took a while to find a new house and Living Down South was always available to look at every house that popped up!! Fantastic experience: We used Tanya as the agent for the sale of our home and purchase of our new home in Charleston. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in both transactions. She was always very responsive and great to work with! We ran into a difficult situation after the closing of our home and she has continued to help us. Negative experience: Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with Tanya in the Charleston area. She represented me as a buyer. She was not timely in her responses and seemed to just want to close the deal instead of representing my best interest. I caught her in two lies. One she made to me stating she sent documents to closing attorney. The closing attorney confirmed she lied. Another lie about being unreachable due to being sick. This was on the day of an important deadline. She stopped answering phone calls and would only respond via text. She is very unprofessional. Please save yourself the anxiety and do not have her represent you as your real estate agent.

Fantastic experience: Melissa Smith is in my opinion the best realtor in Georgia. Very professional. She will take her time and use all her knowledge to sale your property. She is a very wonderful and caring lady. She will go above and beyond for you. I can not say enough great things about her and her fellow realtors. I really am glad I had her as my realtor.
