Fantastic experience: I met Kevin through my uncle. Kevin is known in the bay area for helping families fulfill their American Dream of owning a house. My girlfriend and I were planning to buy a house in 2020 but since the pandemic started and my contract with my landlord does not end until this year, we had to stop looking. Very determined even with tight schedules. We sold our house in less than 2 weeks. Fantastic experience: My wife and I worked with Kevin, Tien, and the Kinetic team on the sale of our Oakland condo/townhouse a few weeks ago. The experience itself was different from what we expected as we had to reset our expectations regarding sale price and timing early on, given the detrimental effect the pandemic has had on condo sales.
