This was a cabin that had been owned by my late brother, so needless to say I had no understanding of the Michigan market much less a summer cabin, as we are in Indiana. Fantastic experience: Geno and his team of legends worked tirelessly finding a new home for my family. He also assisted with selling a lot I owned. What I like? This group made sure I didn't miss any opportunities by arriving at showings with little notice. Geno and his team returned calls and messages very quickly no matter the time. At his storefront window shows several million+ dollar home listings. Obviously you don't get a storefront on Mitchell Street by selling mobile homes. I'm not rich by any any means but his team still provided a great service!

Fantastic experience: Geno and his staff did an OUTSTANDING job in selling our condo at Shanty Creek Resorts in Bellaire Michigan. After our first meeting, Geno and his staff took care of everything and had to work around the fact that we had renters in and out as our units were being listed. The original listing price was $140,000 and was listed around noon on a Wednesday. That evening we had five showings and three more on Thursday morning. By noon on Thursday Geno can back with an amazing offer of $240,000 ($100,000 over the listing price) and our condo was sold within 24 hours of its initial listing. You cannot find any other realtor better than Geno and his crew. Needless to say I highly recommend him and his staff.

Negative experience: I'm really surprised at the amount of positive reviews for this office. I'm very disappointed with my experience. Not one person- even my realtor - thanked me for the purchase of my home. I could have chosen any of many companies in the area. There were missteps, such as the title company losing my earnest money check. They never apologized or ever really owned the slip up. I had to close remotely and it was just as if everyone showed up to get their checks and then took off. I know realtors are very busy these days- but that is no excuse for not being gracious. Any home purchase, regardless of price point, is a big deal and very stressful for the buyer. I've always been treated well in past transactions. Very disappointed. Will definitely not recommend to others.

They have great relationships with local key players, which we found to be one of our biggest hurdles when we originally listed our house (FSBO) in June of 2021 (bad idea… we know). We had agreements for the sale & purchase of our home but when it came to the paper portion of the mortgage, we found that we weren’t able to navigate the process as quickly as we needed to. We received a call from Geno one day and he agreed to help us so we hired him. He did what he said he was going to do and fulfilled all of his obligations. Fantastic experience: I was amazed that my house sold so quickly. The photographs and videos of the house and the surroundings were simply amazing. Geno advised me along the way how to handle the sale of my house. His assistant, Kandys, was there to answer all questions that I had.
