He went the extra mile to reach out to other realtors as every house we were ready to put an offer on was already bid on; by reaching out to another realtor he asked before he had it staged/cleaned could he bring us by to look & it was exactly what we needed along with no offers on the table yet...needless to say we immediately made an offer that was accepted. We were worried between the post-peak, larger home, and rising interest rates that we would need to lower our asking prices.
