Negative experience: We purchased a house from Deborah, she is not an honest person. Raising prices of our buy house at the last minute was very unprofessional on her part. Especially when she told us and our realtor, she would let us know if someone was looking at or put an offer on our buy house. Every time our realtor would reach out to her, she never answered her phone and was not helpful at all. When she did answer her phone, she was short with her answers and very rude. I will never work with Deborah again and will not be recommending her services to anyone as well.

Walkthrough of our start to finish with Deb: Like many of you reading this, I scoured the web for reviews for realtors in my area. After much searching I started reading reviews on Deb. What got me was one reviewer described her as a shark and boy did that statement hold true. Deb knows her stuff inside and out. She walked us through the home buying process, answered every question we had, and during our prospective home tours, she used her experience with home inspections to really pinpoint all the things that we should watch out for like updates or codes or even experience with certain windows. Her knowledge and experience was invaluable and there is no one I would recommend more. My wife and I felt very comfortable from start to finish. She even was able to help with getting issues with our lender straightened out. Even post purchase, Deb was still reaching out to make sure we were all good and everything was in order. Then when I had to move I called her and told her I want to sell quickly and what I wanted for it she said it was too low. She said she would list it at that if I insisted, but asked me to list it at her price and we could drop if I wanted. She got me MORE than her asking price and did it in less than a week. And that includes helping us get it prepped for the sale.
