For example, he came and helped us load and unload our uhaul (several times!). Furthermore, he has a wide range of contacts. He frequently gives us names of handymen/contractors. Negative experience: Called him to show us a home in the Yuma foothills. Made an appointment to show us and he didn’t show up. Called him the day after the appointment and he told me the home had been rented that morning.
