Fantastic experience: JRS Morgan Realty represented me on my last home purchase and it was the best real estate experience I have ever had. The agent showed me a number of properties before we found one that fit. She was extremely knowledgeable about not only the price points of homes, but the area in which they were located and of the structure itself. She was peeking in the attic to survey the condition of the sheathing and check for mold. She was down in the basement to examine the electrical panel and systems to check for any warning signs. I felt completely comfortable with her advice. There are many realtors out there that don’t know enough about the investment you are trying to purchase. This firm does not have any of those. Fantastic experience: As a first time home buyer, Mandy did a excellent job pointing out important parts of a house to keep in mind during her guided tours, and explaining them further if it was something I didn't know too much about. Overall she had a lot of great experience and insight to share, especially stuff that I may not have really thought about too much. For example, one house we looked at had potential, but she pointed out that it was near a highway and the traffic noise would probably be pretty consistent, which was an environmental factor I hadn't thought of before. She didn't say this was particularly good or bad, but rather something I should be aware of and factor in to my decision. She was also very responsive and professional during the closing process, helping ensure a smooth and easy home buying experience.

We've purchased houses before in other states so we thought we knew what we were doing but we are so grateful that we had Mandy to help us. Buying a house in East Aurora that is 75 to 110 years old takes an expert to spot potential issues that are going to come up in the charming houses that are that old. When we were looking at houses she crawled into crawl spaces in the attic to check tear off roof status, she taught us new things about electrical issues and examined plumbing. Obviously when we put an offer in on a house we got a home inspection but having Mandy as our realtor helped us sort through houses and say no to duds before our mortgage broker ran our credit. She helped us with our terms so that our offer was accepted in the highly competitive market. Also we were looking during the height of Covid and Mandy made sure we followed all the new rules and regulations, which I appreciated because I was pregnant. I can honestly say we never would have been able to buy a house in the village of East Aurora without Mandy and we are grateful to finally be settled back home.
