Fantastic experience: Cary was fantastic. She took care of literally everything. All I had to do was sign the appropriate documentation. She was incredibly responsive to my questions. In fact, she was proactive to the point that I had very few questions to ask. Her staging and photography were superb and displayed my property in its best light. The photos looked as though they were taken from Architectural Digest or some other high end real estate magazine. More importantly, she moved fast. From the time the property was empty (it was a rental) to the time that the pictures were ready was less than four days. Between phone calls, text messages, and the online portal she provided, I was able to see the entire process (which as a first time seller was a bit of an eye opener). I was never left wondering what was happening or where we were at in the process. When we did have to sign documents, she patiently explained all of the terms and what they meant in layman's terms. I am happy to give Cary my strongest recommendation. I'm already planning on using her services again.

She helped me resolve title problems, deal with emergency repairs, utilized her local knowledge and contacts to refer me to appropriate service providers for repairs, and sold a home in need of some serious repairs. Great communication, always responded to questions super fast! Very knowledgeable, she recommended options that I didn’t even know I had. I tried showing the home myself (before hiring her) but I only got ridiculously low offers and once I decided I needed a pro and hired Adella Carey she ended up getting me far more than the offers I was getting on my own. Fantastic experience: Adella Cary is a rock star! From the moment we inquired about a listing she was on top of every little detail and question we had. She gave us quick and detailed responses to the million and one questions we asked. She kept us updated and at-ease throughout the process and even followed up after closing to make sure we had everything we needed. We asked for a 30 day closing on a VA loan but thought it would be more like 60 days due to the delays. She got us into our home 30 days to the day from our offer being accepted. She worked diligently coordinating with the home inspector and appraiser to get them over to the house quickly to keep the process moving. The lender agent she recommended, Stacy Warner at Back of the Pacific, was spot on and is equally awesome! Adella really took the time to make this process smooth for us and got us into our forever home without a hitch. Look no further for your next agent! I’d give Adella 6 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: I'm in the military stationed in Hawaii and I needed to sell my house that I owned in Washington state.
