With us being from Texas, he was instrumental in helping us find the perfect home - we truly couldn’t have done it without him. We learned a TON from him. He even showed us around Tahoe/Truckee one weekend where we met some great people - a lot of fun! Dan will be a realtor and friend of ours for life. I really don’t think we could’ve found a better realtor - I most highly recommend!

Buying a house for the first time can be intimidating - there's so much to know and understand about the process, inspections, and home ownership in general. Dan helped us know what to expect and eased our anxieties throughout. He's also the most responsive business person I've ever worked with. He makes heroic efforts to respond as soon as humanly possible - even on low reception and during his time off. Knowing that we could count on him any time to answer questions and look at listings we liked was a huge bonus in our process. And he even met us at a ridiculously late hour to deliver our keys as we drove into town with a load of things to move in. 10 out of 10 recommend!

He was communicative and available when needed. He fielded many inquiries from potential buyers, showed the house often, was on top of, and present, at all showings of the house. Excellent negotiations and smooth transition to a SOLD sign out front. Buying and selling a house is stressful, I greatly appreciated Dan’s honesty, willingness to get his hands dirty, and his investment of time. He is a conscientious realtor which can be very difficult to find. We will use him in the future and continue to recommend him to others.

Fantastic experience: I've been working with Dan for a little over a year to find a house. Unfortunately, my timeline has gotten continuously pushed back, yet he unobtrusively checks in with potential listings that meet my criteria (neighborhood, price, schools). I've never felt pressured and he's even offered to just go for a drive (both car guys) to check out different areas. There's no doubt that when the time comes to buy a place, there is no one more deserving of my business.

Fantastic experience: The one star review on here is hilariously false. Creative, but my god there are so many red flags. First of all, Dan has never had any dealings with Anna Harrison. Secondly, he doesn’t even have a child. Most importantly, he has a reputation in the community for being an outstanding agent and he’ll do everything in his power to make your home buying/selling experience as smooth and easy for you as possible. He’d never operate in such an unprofessional fashion. This is an obvious attempt to slander his business. It’s pathetic for a company like Audi Marin, who lied and broke their end of a deal to conduct their business in this way.
