Fantastic experience: I met Emiel through one of those flyers that was sent to my house. I didn't think anything of it. When my tenants left, I needed an agent to assist in getting new tenants for me. It just so happens, he lives in the vincinity of my property so I hired him as my agent. Not only is he punctual, he was able to accomodate all my needs and listened to what I was looking for. After many showings he provided in 2 weeks, we found a tenant. At the same time, I had another property further away in which I hired a different agent. After one month of no results, I released that agent and hired Emiel to get the job done.
