Fantastic experience: AnnElise is amazing and the best realtor we've ever had! She was always communicating everything to us and kept us calm and laughing through all the uncertainty and stress of last minute changes with the sale of our home and purchase of our new one. We will definitely ask her to work with us again (if she'll have us for clients again) next time we sell/buy. But we don't expect that to be for a while because she helped us find a home we love!

Fantastic experience: Megan was a great realtor. My sister and myself were selling our parents' house. Right at the time of putting the house on the market, I was out of the country for 5 weeks, and my sister lives 3 hours away. So Megan really helped with everything along the way where we couldn't. The house required several repairs including new roof, plumbing and electrical issues, termites etc... Megan helped with all of these items, above and beyond what most realtors would do I believe. She really helped to secure the sale and worked well with the buyers realtor also. I would not hesitate to recommend her in the future to any friends etc. that are looking for a realtor. Fantastic experience: Tiffany was amazing from the very beginning. Me, not knowing anything about selling a home, her calm demeanor and immediate evidence of depth of knowledge put me at ease. She never made me feel like I should know something, no matter how many questions I asked. Constant feedback and updates gave me confidence she had it under control. My trust increased because she never made me feel like a “client”, but a friend or family member needing help and she was going to walk the path with me. We were selling the house together. To show the level of trust she gained, at one point I called her sitting in the parking lot of Sherwin Williams Paint. I had finished the deck and was going to touch up the areas on the house. We talked for a moment, and she said it would be better if I changed the color. Which meant painting the entire house. I asked her what color, and she told me to tell Sherwin Williams what to look for and I painted my house. That is a high level of trust! That wasn’t the most amazing thing. She answered the phone while on vacation if I recall, while in Cancun. Who does that. Tiffany does. She was right each step of the way and my house sold in just a few days, asking price. I will recommend her to everyone, that is for sure. I can’t thank her or say great things about her enough. You want your house sold – see Tiffany.

Knowing we were approved for an FHA loan he was also able to let us know what would need to be fixed prior to the loan being approved. He was also able to show us an possible improvements that could be done that would improve the value of the home. I felt that after every home that we looked at with Josh, we left knowing we could make an informed decision if we wanted to make an offer on a house. He is someone I would highly recommend that anyone who is shopping for a house meet with before deciding on another realtor.

Several were sold before we could finalize. I messaged her all the time on different houses and she would always quickly and helpfully repsond to my ridiculousness. Fantastic experience: Ashley Phillips was amazing in not only helping us buy a new home but also sell our current one. She did a walk through then provided us with a list of renovations she felt would be most valuable to the sale which included her recommendations for contractors. Then with buying, she listened to our wants for a new home as well as encouraged us outside of our comfort zone when listings in our preferred area were slim. We also really appreciate how she would be able to tell us a house we thought might be a good fit she wouldn’t recommend but also always said she would still take us if we really wanted to see it. She knows her craft for sure and we will always go back to buy/sell as long as she’s still at it!!

Negative experience: We were in the market to purchase a home after bad luck with our previous agent, we decided to search for a new one, we came across Berkshire Hathaway. We found a home that we liked and an agent name Jeff Maxwell showed us the home and several others. He answered all of our questions that we had about the homes, he let his wife take over since she does this full time and works for the same company. Once we were in contact with Tara Maxwell we put an offer on the house. She was quick at answering any questions we had at first but once we were under contract for the home we didn’t her from her. We asked her to go to the home and get us measurements for the fridge, she said she would and never did, she stated that she had got “busy”. We ended up going to the house ourselves to get the measurements. There were documents that our bank needed from Tara, they emailed her multiple times and never got a response, my fiancé tried to text her and she still didn’t respond. We had to get ahold of the listing agent to get the documents they needed. The listing agent did more than our own agent did, even though it wasn’t her job to do so. During the final walkthrough she said she couldn’t come because she had other things going on. The day of closing she didn’t show up and once again stated that she was “busy”. She said she would be by our new home later to bring us a house warming gift and see the new home, and she never did that either. We NEVER met her, which is sad. For someone getting a commission, you should at-least meet your clients. But she didn’t have the respect to do that!

She valued our property, gave us tips to improve our chances at a quicker sale and it worked! We didn’t even have to put a sign in our yard and go through multiple showings etc. (she did give us that option - but we took the easiest/best choice for us).
