Fantastic experience: Best negotiator in town. This guy really does make things easy and deals with the hassles for you. Fantastic experience: Billy and Steve were everything we could ask for in a Realty Company when selling our home--From their recommending a sensible and achievable asking price to them providing assistance at every turn along the way! Fantastic experience: Choosing Billy Satterfield to be our realtor for selling our home was the best decision we made. His expertise and assistance made everything easy. We had to rely on him for local help to make the necessary repairs because we reside out of town and every time the repairs were done quickly and professionally. Fantastic experience: Billy did a great job of helping me and my siblings sell our parent’s house. It was a complicated sale with a reverse mortgage and need for Probate. Billy handled the reverse mortgage paperwork and made sure they gave us time to list the home. He also gave us a great recommendation for Probate attorney. All we had to do was show up for closing, and the house sold very quickly. Billy also took all the pictures and composed the listing. He found us offers right away. 10/10 would recommend for any property sale.

Fantastic experience: I had a home that I needed to sell, but I live out of State and needed to handle the selling process long distance. After meeting with Billy and walking through the home, Billy advised that we replace the carpet and do some painting in order to enhance the value of the home. We agreed, but the challenge was how to accomplish that work from long distance. Billy stepped in and offered to get bids and manage access and the work that needed to be done. We never could have managed this without Billy's help. After the work was completed Billy listed our home and we had offers coming in within a day. There were some issues with the initial buyer's ability to purchase the home, and Billy kept me regularly updated with the many issues that came up. Working with Billy was a pleasure! He was very knowlegable about the selling process and gave me great advice throughout the process. I appreciated his frequent communication and willingness to answer my many questions. Fantastic experience: My husband and I just purchased our first home. We called Billy but ended up working closely with his Dad, Steve. He was great to work with our crazy schedules to show us houses and gave us great advice on the different areas of Pocatello. Being new, he was also very patient and understanding with our questions and helped guide us through our first home buying experience. We finally settled on a nice home and moved in quickly after closing. However, we found that there had been a serious electrical fire in one of the basement outlets. After finding this serious hazard still unresolved, and also finding half of our electrical outlets in the basement without power, we were angry and upset. We felt this should have been caught by our inspector, but found he would not do anything about it. Steve came to our rescue and spent several hours over a Friday and Saturday helping my husband fix this electrical problem. Steve also supplied the tools, new wire, Sheetrock, and all other supplies we needed. I have never heard of any realtor going so above and beyond like this! We picked Billy as our buyer's agent because of his experience both living in the Pocatello area as well as working in various capacities for many years in the Pocatello area real estate. We were also impressed by his brief self-introduction video on his website where he shared how many children he has. We wanted to find a good place to raise kids, and figured Billy would have a similar mindset since family is obvioulsy important to him. Billy arranged tours, accompanied us to see houses, negotiated well with the seller as well as with our mortgage company and insurance company to help us get the type of deal he knew was possible for our particular property in a speedy time frame. Not only do they have contagious personalities, they are kind, knowledgeable, patient, and made buying a house fun! You cannot help but laugh when they are around! My husband and I were going to move to Texas and needed to sell our home fast. Billy told me everything I needed to do in order to get my home in selling condition, which let me say was not an easy task! He was up front about the price we could sell for in the condition it was in and the price we could sell for if I worked my butt off to make it look better. We got $2,000 below our asking price! When we found out we were staying in Pocatello, we once again turned to Billy and Steve, this time to help us find a new home! We must have looked at 40 houses before we finally found EXACTLY what we were looking for! They never complained once about how picky we were, or how many houses we wanted to see.
