Fantastic experience: Just wanted to give a shout out of Thanks to Martha. Been 2 yrs now since she took on the task of selling Dads Home in mt Vernon. Setting here thinking that mayb I hadn’t left you a review yet? Martha is very good at what she does she knows what to do to sell your home goes out of her way to go the extra mile & what you need to do & give you good advice on what needs done in your home to sell it. Even when she would call me & say this needed done or that needed done I would do it even tho it would upset me sometimes Haha!! I knew that she was doing it for the betterment of selling the house. Thx again Martha you done an Excellent job for us. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER SERVICES!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: She made the process easy!

Negative experience: If you are considering buying something that Martha has listed, save yourself the extreme headache, and don’t. I realize that her job is to represent her sellers but from a buyer’s perspective she was horrible to work with and made the entire process unnecessarily arduous. She was very rude to our realtor and his team on multiple occasions, unresponsive, demanding and difficult. The entire 106 days we needed to close were a nightmare all the way up to when she showed up at our closing uninvited. We are a young family that just wanted to buy some land to put our dream home on and raise our kids. Unfortunately for us, she made the beginning of that journey an awful memory.

Fantastic experience: We contacted Martha when we were considering selling a house and when we needed help with a contract for a house we were selling to a relative. She was very responsive, returned calls very quickly, and met with us in person several times. She even answered our calls and helped us when she was traveling. We had several situations where we needed contract changes made, needed phone calls and emails to lenders, or just needed advice. Martha was available to help right away. I thought we would not sell until the grip of the pandemic left us or at least eased up. In the midst of a lockdown in the State of Ohio, Martha Edelblute not only helped in the listing of the home, but called with a buyer for the home within a week. We had a different closing due to the pandemic, but Martha Edelblute provided all the tools necessary to have a closing happen properly and with safety being first!
