There is always a catch, especially with all of the "big agency" shills out there. When you choose an agent, you want the one that will treat your interests as their own; who knows their market; who is familiar with the games commonly played by unethical agents; and who has established relationships in the community you wish to settle in, both in real estate and beyond. We chose Stephanie because we had made the choice to remain in Barrow county and not go (back) to Oconee. We had our reasons and we wanted an agent who understood those, took pride in the Barrow community, and knew it like nobody else. Stephanie could live anywhere she desires....but she has CHOSEN Barrow county. She serves her clients as an agent and she serves her community in numerous other endeavors, not the least of which is as a member of the Barrow County Board of Education. She believes in the place she calls home and, once you experience the level of service and knowledge that she brings to the table, you will believe in HER! You can absolutely go wrong when buying or selling a home if you don't do your due diligence when selecting an agent.
