Fantastic experience: My wife and I visited Atlantic, Iowa last January and immediately knew we had a desire to locate in Atlantic from Arizona. At the time there were no condos/town homes available to look at so we randomly stopped in Meyers and Gross Real Estate Co. We asked if they knew of any available units that would be coming available in the future to please let us know. One became available, and we saw it on-line so we sent our son to look at for us. Fantastic experience: When we first moved to the Atlantic area in 2019, Melissa helped us find the perfect home for our growing family. Even after we closed on our house Melissa would check in on us and even would say hi if she saw us throughout town. I personally loved that we weren’t just a sell for her, but actually a valued buyer. When my husband accepted a new job in a different state, we did not hesitate on who to call to help put our house on the market. It didn’t matter day or night if we had questions she was always a text away. Who sat and listened to me about what I needed out of the house and she explained everything in great detail to where I was worried about the experience of home selling. Fantastic experience: I was worried that buying my first house was going to be a daunting, stressful experience. However, with Melissa as my agent, it was a smooth, enjoyable, and exciting process. She was helpful, responsive, and answered any questions I had regarding the process; even if I ended up asking some of the same questions multiple times by accident. Personally, I feel that she went out of her way to look into and complete tasks that I assumed I was going to have to do myself. Negative experience: Megan was very nice and responded quickly to see the house, but we never heard from her again with answers to our questions regarding the city water lines. She lost a sale because she didn't follow up like she said she would.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I first reached out to Melissa in Mid- September when he was interviewing for a job in the area. We weren't even 100% sure he would get the job and we were going to be moving to SW Iowa. That did not stop Melissa from showing us multiple homes in Atlantic and Griswold. After he was offered and accepted the job she met with us to look at even more homes, while we were still in IL. On one occasion she took a video walk through for us and showed us all the points of interest ie things that were missing, needed to be fixed, or general concerns.
