This is an elite tactical unit. Need answers? They have them. Problem pops up? Already handled. Negotiation gets tricky? Somehow they’re playing chess while others are playing checkers. Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, ridiculously good at what they do, and exactly the kind of people you want in your corner when you’re making one of the biggest financial decisions of your life. I’m convinced they could negotiate a closing during a hurricane, find you the perfect house with three hours’ notice, and still show up looking completely unbothered.

Fantastic experience: We love Sundgren Realty!! ☀️ I can’t say enough about our hometown realty office. They make you feel at home with all the little things they do, like customer appreciation events and a personal address stamp at move in. We have used Sundgren Realty to purchase a home and commercial properties, and lately to look for a future home. All of the realtors are knowledgeable and helpful to make the process as smooth as possible. We will list our home with them when the time comes to move! In regards to their auctions, I’ve both been in person and online. Both instances the staff is present, helpful, and cheery. I appreciate the online auction feature, especially during this time with Covid.

Negative experience: The employees of the auction company stood around and watched my wife and I load heavy items on our own. They never offered help. My wife, disgusted finally asked for assistance. They assisted with one item and were gone. The pick up was crowded and chaotic. Nothing was labeled for pick up. It was a complete mess and the workers were no help. The company should offer their employees lawn chairs and cocktails. At least, then they would have an excuse to not work.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous!! On line auctions with Sundgren are fabulous!! They show pictures well, it's easy to bid and set maximums. It's fun and exciting especially the last few minutes to see if you are outbid or win! BUT the best part of Sundgren's auction is when you go pick up your treasures. Phillip Solorio is amazing!! He is in 10 places at once helping, directing and finding everyone's items. He is patient, helpful, funny and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everyone gets their purchases. He answers questions or makes sure he will find out the answers for you. Phillip makes the auction experience smooth, fun exciting. Thank you Phillip Solorio!!
