We went in unsure if we even pre-qualified, and ended up putting in an offer, and closing on the first house we looked at! She navigated the government shutdown, which affected our loan, with professionalism and patience. You can't go wrong putting your trust in Robin, whether you are looking to buy or sell.

Fantastic experience: A family member was selling his bar and wasn’t getting any traction from his realtor(s). I reached out to Robin to ask advice on choosing a different realtor. She didn’t even take a breath before saying “I’ll list it”. That was not the answer I expected as the property was two hours away. Robin and Levi met with the family member the next weekend, had the listing up with professional pics within the week, and the business had more showings in the first month than it had total in a year with two prior realtors, and sold it in less than a year (businesses in a small town don’t sell quick like in bigger areas, a quick sell wasn’t the expectation). She was realistic, carrying, and listened. Between her and Levi my family member got a weekly update, even if there wasn’t an update to give. I’d highly recommend Robin and Levi. They both take pride in what they do and the outcome was perfect.

She recommended home updates to complete before selling and provided excellent contractor recommendations. During our contract she worked tirelessly to get our home sold. We had a glitch with closing that was resolved within twenty minutes of asking for her help. And btw, this is the second time we have worked with Robin.

Fantastic experience: OMG. This realtor is phenomenal! I worked with Robin for my son and daughter-in-law while they were purchasing a home. Because of some extenuating circumstances in their personal lives, they had a few more twists and turns than other first time home buyers might experience. However, Robin St. Claire’s upbeat, but yet calm, demeaner helped push through these bumps and hiccups. We didn’t realize how little commission Robin was making on this sale until the final numbers were in from the mortgage company. But that didn’t stop Robin from being the professional that she is. She pursued every avenue for them to succeed in purchasing their home. And succeed they did. As of February 18th, my son and daughter-in-law were able to call their place home. I can’t thank Robin St. Claire enough for her perseverance in this process. She stayed on top of every twist and turn so that we didn’t have to. In fact, we were overwhelmed with all that it took for Robin to help us. I would feel that way even if she had failed. But she didn’t. Robin’s communication was superb. Negative experience: Robin was a realtor that showed a prospective buyer our home. During the showing her level of disrespect, unprofessional and rude behavior was astounding. She previously knew my husband through his former employer and used that as an opportunity to defame his character to the prospective buyer while showing our home. This was truly disgusting and disheartening after working our schedules with children, pets and work to be flexible and let the prospective buyer view our home. As a working professional I would not recommend Robin as a realtor due to her disrespectful behavior, unprofessional attitude and overall lack of morals and integrity. I truly hope that Robin uses this experience as a lesson to improve and gain professionalism in her career.

Fantastic experience: Robin St.Clair was our real estate agent for the sale of our home and the purchase of whatever would come next. Closings were 8/26/22. When we initially considered selling, Robin spent a lot of time listening to our wish lists and asking questions. I learned the difference between an excellent agent and someone who just takes a listing. Robin worked to get good photos, good video, drone video, new photos, new video, magazine listings, the list goes on. She leveraged personal connections and made every effort to ensure that our house would sell for a good price. And that's just on the selling side. Robin worked with the (then) owner of our future home to see if we could purchase it. It was not for sale. Many calls over months. We have dreamed of that place for more than 30 years and would never have gotten access to it if not for Robin's skill and persistence. Robin guided us away from a purchase that would have been okay but didn't completely meet our needs. She didn't go for the quick sale but rather the right fit. I recommend her wholeheartedly. We would use her again in a heartbeat except that she delivered our dream so we won't need to.
