Fantastic experience: We were having a very hard time letting go of our property in Crestline and Allison was the best! She was very patient and understanding! She was always available to help out with paperwork and answer any questions we had. She even retrieved a few items from the property for us to get at later date. Also after the property closed we had a few questions and she was still available to answer them. if I was going to buy or sell another property in Crestline I would definitely use Allison again.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I spent several months last year (2023) looking for a home. We were quite picky with what we wanted and where we were looking, so it took us a while to find potential houses. Allison was with us every step of the way through those months, and would give us feedback on the area of houses we looked at, along with the house itself. We were first time homebuyers, so we didn’t have a clue what to do, what to expect, etc.. but Allison was always on the phone with us to explain the process and answer all of our questions! Fantastic experience: I chose Allison Flatt as my realtor over a family friend after meeting with her as I found her to be highly motivated, extremely knowledgeable about area home sales and pricing, and very honest when asked prod and con questions concerning her 5 % fee, versus the 4% fee offered from a family friend. She worked hard to gain my business by hand delivering fliers of her recent home sales in my area. She took her time with me to answer all of my questions. Allison even holds picnics for her current and past clients and invited me before I signed her as my Realtor. She hires a professional photographer that takes awesome photos and aerial ones that showcased my home and landscaping that ultimately listed for only 2 days before I accepted the first offer made which was 20K over my list price. The sellers agent was lying to us left and right from the beginning and none of us had any idea. Without Allison we would have walked into that house blind. She found all the issues they were trying to hide. Could have been luck but I’d say it was her extreme talent and will to make sure her clients were happy. We were concerned about selling the first house because of the price point, but the day she came over to sign the contract, she already had a showing scheduled. The house was listed on a Saturday and we had an above asking price offer the following Tuesday. She was available throughout the entire escrow process, going above and beyond whenever we had questions. She kept in constant communication with us every step of the way leading to a hassle free transaction. The second house was a little more difficult to sell due to its location in Silver Lakes.
