Fantastic experience: Kelly did an outstanding job as our seller's agent. She helped take care of a minor cosmetic repair that was needed in the property we sold, she listed the property for a very fair price, and got us a full price cash seller within two weeks of the property being listed. Fantastic experience: Kelly was amazing! We went into the home buying process not knowing the first thing about buying a house and Kelly made it all make sense. She helped us make a very competitive bid so that we were able to buy our house without way over bidding on it. She also provided a list of lenders, inspectors, and insurance agent referrals, and everyone we worked with referred to by her were also amazing to work with. Negative experience: Worst experience with a realtor I have had in 6 months. I understand the seller has the final say, but if you KNOW there is an offer 40k over mine, tell me realtor that, don't NOT text us and string us along for 3 days if you know logically it's a dead deal. A simple communication goes a long way. I have never been ghosted by a realtor in the 6 months I have been looking.
