Negative experience: Had a very unfortunate experience with Sharon Sabella. She refused to work with us unless we did everything she said. I explained to her we didn’t have the money or time to fix certain things and she dropped us (we are landlords) none of what she wanted us to do was necessary - only purely cosmetic. She got us a terrible tenant last time who we had to evict because she failed to run credit reports or do a wage check. We paid her for basically nothing other than the lease. I’m so happy she dropped us because our new realtor is amazing at Keller Williams
