Fantastic experience: My wife and I found our first house with Marilyn, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. She went out of her way for us, literally, driving from Ovid to the greater Lansing area multiple times a week for a full year, often showing us eight or more houses in a single trip. Fantastic experience: My husband and I worked with Terry for 2 years I highly recommend her because she is kind, always responds within 24 hours if not sooner even when she’s on vacation, she also doesn’t want to just sell you a house she wants to sell you a home thats perfect for your needs/family, she’s respectful and never makes you feel like the questions or demands you have for your home are crazy. She makes you feel like family the way that she cares about you to get what you want in a home and what makes you happy. For future uses if we ever needed to sell or buy a home again I would use the company Southern Marsh Realty and work with Terry. I truly appreciate everything thank you! I also love that she always brought what I called “cheat sheets” to viewings so we could see the information on the house that the websites (realtor, Zillow or homes) didn’t have.

Negative experience: Liza was not the realtor for someone like me. I should’ve known at first when she rushed to list the house on day one of visit. Then informed me they would help do a few things around house for pictures (they had the manpower) but that wasn’t done. Once house sold and closing done, it was almost like she switched sides. I was repeatedly asked when I would be out even thought had 30 days and she knew I needed the time. New owner had contractors and vendors stopping out on property (without asking or permission) that I still had possession of, but nothing was ever done. Never felt so pushed out of a house by realtor and new buyer.

Negative experience: Not impressed with Angie Marsh. She is focused on the commission and not the clients. If your looking for a responsive agent that is customer focused look elsewhere.

Negative experience: I put an offer in on one of her homes, and after 8 days she finally responded to my agent. Her response " hi, this is the M.i.a. agent" with a giggle. Sorry, but that is not how you run a business. All you had to do was a simple follow up phone call or email. I would not list a home with this realtor. She obviously does not want to sell homes.

Negative experience: Me and my fiancé were trying to buy a house, Angie was no help whatsoever with trying to find a loan that would take my income because I work at a dispensary. As soon as we got a no from the bank, we never heard from her again. She didn’t even try to help us find a different loan, she basically ghosted us. So all my peeps know, if you work at a dispensary you will not be approved for a mortgage. thanks for all the so called help.

Negative experience: The housing market is crazy right now. The lady that works for southern marsh realty, Angie was very unprofessional. Not good at communicating. Almost rude to our realtor. 100% inconsiderate towards my girlfriend and I, I won’t go much further into details because it was upsetting but she should try to do a better job and I’ll leave it at that. If anyone has questions I’m sure I’ll be ready to answer them by tomorrow.

She was able to refer us a local lender which made the process seamless. From offer to close was just under 30 days. Almost unheard of in property transactions. Top notch all the way
