Negative experience: Realtor did not disclose important information on our house that the sellers agent stated on the house and was only worried about money. Cost us almost $9k to install a new HVAC system. She asked us to give her some money on the side on 2 occasions because she didn't know the seller's realtor would get a higher commission. We were appalled and informed the broker. We wrote a letter on all of our concerns and misinformation provided to us and the response from Reese Nichols was defending the realtors actions. The realtor,Teresa B has no ethics and should be reported to the state board!! We will never use this company again.
