Fantastic experience: An Excellent Experience! I found Jason Francia and The Francia Team after doing research online and reading their reviews. I am the executor of an estate in probate, and it included a property in Santa Maria, CA. I live out of state and needed a real estate agent who could help me handle everything from start to finish. Jason gave me a clear game plan and helped coordinate getting the property emptied out, professionally cleaned, and ready to sell. He explained his marketing process and kept everything moving even though I wasn’t there to participate. Once the home hit the market, we received multiple offers the first weekend and were in contract just a few days later. The property sold quickly, which was exactly what I was hoping for. I had a great experience working with Jason Francia and The Francia Team and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell a home in Santa Maria.

Negative experience: I don't have extensive experience working with real estate agents, so I came into the home-buying process expecting guidance from someone with expertise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Jason. After moving to the Santa Maria area, I contacted him because I was looking for help purchasing a home. Despite telling him multiple times that I was not looking for senior housing, I continued receiving listings for senior communities. Communication was also inconsistent. Several emails went unanswered, and it took nearly two months before I finally received a response after following up. When I expressed my concern, I was told he didn't recognize my email address because it differed from my name, even though every email contained my full signature. I did not find that to be a reasonable explanation. The final straw came when I asked about the differences between a modular home and a traditional site-built home. As a buyer, I wasn't asking for financing advice—I was asking for a basic explanation from a real estate professional. Instead of educating me, I repeatedly received circular responses that simply restated the term "modular home" without explaining what that actually meant. I was then told to ask my lender. A strong Realtor should educate clients, explain the differences between property types, answer reasonable questions, communicate consistently, and help buyers make informed decisions. Instead, I felt dismissed and left to figure things out on my own. I also found it disappointing to be told that he has "so many clients" and that if I wanted to move on, he understood. Every client deserves professionalism, courtesy, and timely communication regardless of how busy an agent may be. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Jason or his team.

Fantastic experience: We recently worked with Jason Francia and his team to sell our home in Santa Maria, California, and we still cannot believe how quickly everything happened. We had already purchased another home that fit our needs better, especially being single story, so we needed to get our current home sold fast. Fantastic experience: I first met Jason Francia when I asked him and his real estate team to consider selling my house in September. My husband had passed away a couple of months before and since I had no family living in California, I did not want to live by myself, so my option was to sell the house and move. My neighbor told me about Jason and his real estate team so I contacted Jason. He came to see the house. We discussed various options (i.e. painting and new carpet, etc.) and decided to see "as is". I had been doing a lot of packing of items. I asked Jason if we could put off showing the house until I moved, and the house was not cluttered with boxes. He agreed, so I signed the listing document. My family arrived to help me pack. I hired a moving company, and I left California and informed Jason that the house was available to show. Jason hired a housecleaner to "deep clean" the house and began showing the property. In a few days I received and offer for the house via email from Jason. It seemed low, so I rejected that offer. A few days later I received a second offer which I rejected, as well. Jason did not "give up" on me and again I received an offer sent from his office that was much better. That offer I accepted. Fantastic experience: Jason and Michelle literally gave me the keys to my house 2 hours ago and I couldn’t wait to write them a review. I texted Jason the minute I saw the his sign go up and we got an offer accepted 24 hours after he had put his sign up and a week before the house could even list.
