Fantastic experience: Dan was fantastic!!! I switched from working with a different seller's broker who was really NOT great and the difference was apparent on day 1. He visited 4 different homes on our very first day of work together, all across southern Vermont (I live far away), and by the second day, he put in an offer on my behalf. He was professional, courteous, and on the ball at all times. He was also extremely prompt to return communication, something that was vital to me. He enabled us to close on a house in four weeks and we couldn't be happier! I can't recommend Dan highly enough! PS buyer: you do NOT need to agree to being the client of any buyer's agent that you do not choose in order to see a house! I didn't understand how this works and I deeply regret it.

Fantastic experience: We have being searching on the market for nearly two years. Dan has been always patient and accessible for our request for house showing events. I especially love that Dan is not that of agent pushing the client to make the deal. Each time, Dan checks the house around with us and let us know if some potential work will be needed on the house.
