Fantastic experience: We sold our and purchased with Gateway in a REALLY tricky time on real estate. I was very nervous about moving my family and Joy and Ryan had a plan for use that made use feel secure moving forward. They have more knowledge and connection than anyone we’ve ever worked with! Fantastic experience: Joy and Ryan we’re absolutely amazing! We had started with a realtor that was horrible and thought we we’re stuck. I found Joys number on a yard sign one day and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I called her she was so attentive. Right away she had my husband and myself in a group text with her and Ryan so we could always reach someone when we needed it. I loved knowing that when a house came on the market and we wanted to see it ASAP one of them would make it happen unlike our last realtor who sometimes didn’t get back to us speedily and the house was sold in a day. Ryan was extremely helpful looking at houses, pointing out things we might not have known to look for being first time home buyers. Fantastic experience: I don't normally take the time to review businesses, life gets in the way most of the time. I will take the time to review this team, as they are fantastic at what they do. From the time that I connected with Joy, to the time we sold our home, we were impressed with her customer service and dedication to her customers. Ryan is the same, and took the time out of his busy day to make sure that we were seeing homes and happy with what we saw. Ryan and Joy truly care about the people they are working with, and they want to see you find your happily ever after. My husband and I weren't dead set on buying a house, just looking and keeping an eye on the market. Joy was not pushy, she didn't pressure us into finding a home right away, and was supportive in whatever decision we decided to make. She made us feel like she was more of a friend than someone who was showing us houses, and really cared for our future. A house is a big investment, but having Ryan and Joy help us through the process of buying our first home made things go smoothly, and we are so happy we chose them as our realtor team!
