Fantastic experience: Gina did an AMAZING job helping our son purchase his first home. She referred us to Al at First Chance Mortgage, Inc. who got us an amazing rate and took care of the loan paperwork and to True Blue Home Inspections, LLC. who did the home inspections. We had contracts on three homes before closing on the fourth one. The first house appraised much lower than the selling price, the second had a pool that needed 14K in repairs, and the third one the seller defaulted on the contract due to numerous liens on the house he could not satisfy. She keep us informed every step of the way. I have purchased homes and property several times and have never had someone do such an AMAZING JOB as Gina.
