The market was very competitive for a first time buyer, but Michelle took us across multiple counties, even on Saturday or Sunday when I was off. She was truthful when I had questions about presenting offers, she helped us understand what each step was about. We did not get the first house we made an offer on, but she gave us time and let us resettle on looking again until we found our new home. She is very knowledgeable, outgoing, and has a natural intuition about properties.
