She is so knowledgeable, so efficient, and also sooo cool and easy to get along with :) She showed me great options and made sure I was considering all of the "ifs, ands, or buts." Fantastic experience: Thinking about house hunting and buying seemed like a daunting task. Living in southern Illinois and trying to buy a house several miles away and in this competitive market with not much inventory to choose from and getting to see them quickly as they got on the market was very hard for us till we met Niki she is exceptional beyond anything we could have asked for. She was always available by phone to help us and also did a virtual tour for us. She listened to all our needs from design to price ranges she is so intuitive that it made our personal experience buying a house easy. Fantastic experience: Niki is the best realtor we could have asked to work with while trying to find our home. She has intuitive, and always considers her clients wants and needs during the home-hunting process. She is honest, up-front, and does not hold back on letting you know the pros and cons of every house she walks through. Niki is knowledgeable of different loans and the expectations that come with them— like in our instance of using a VA Loan. It was incredibly frustrating having to jump through so many hoops with trying to find a “VA approved” home (or with minimal work could be approved), but Niki never gave up and encouraged us to keep looking and to not lose hope. Through the tears of offers that weren’t accepted to dealing with a stress-inducing loan company, Niki was sympathetic and supportive. After months of a crazy housing market we found our HOME! We owe it all to Niki! ☺️

Negative experience: She sent me a text meant for someone else bad mouthing me (her client) then told me her boss would be at the final walkthrough, he wasn’t. She refused to walk through the home prior to closing, didn’t answer any of my questions and was a no show at closing. She didn’t even send someone from her company as a representative. The seller’s agent stepped in and handled both sides- while Niki still collected her fees. I would not recommend.
