Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about my experience working with Meranda. I did not have a specific area in mind for moving except I wanted to stay within 45 minutes of downtown KCMO for work. I think we looked at every property from Higginsville to Platte City in one direction and Harrisonville to Plattsburg in the other direction. Meranda never showed any impatience or irritation as I turned down home after home in the search. I never felt pressured to make a decision. Ultimately, I found a beautiful home. I would not hesitate to ask Meranda for help with any future real estate needs.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I stumbled into a showing in Excelsior Springs back in March of this year. Meranda was showing the place and helped us feel very at home. We told her we were looking to downsize our 4 bed house. She was incredibly courteous, making sure she wasn't stepping on any toes by approaching us to represent us as her clients. She was warm and engaging and very much present at all times. From the moment we asked her to begin finding us a home, she worked night and day to fill the very tall order we had. Right number of rooms, right price range, everything. We looked at several homes for several months, we thought we were going to exhaust this poor woman, but eventually she helped us locate exactly what we were looking for. She never once tried to push anything on us we were not interested in buying. We never had to hunt her down, she was prompt, courteous and very patient with us as we had so many questions about costs, planning, timing and when to sell our home. She helped us get our home ready and when it was time, we were blown away by how incredibly easy she made the entire process. She was usually waiting on us instead of the other way around. She has kept in contact with us since we closed on our home. I believe her to be very honest and Lord knows she's efficient and hard working. If we EVER have need for an agent again in the future, she will be our first call. I recommend her to anyone in the area needing someone who will work their tail end off. Kenny is very knowledgeable about the housing market, and we loved his marketing plan for the sale of our previous home, which roughly sold in 28 hours, and it went on the market the day after our Mayor issued the Stay at Home Order. We had 10 showings and 4 offers, all over asking. He also put us in touch with a lender very quickly so that we could purchase our current home.
