Negative experience: My wife an I was going to list our house with them but was greeted with nothing but rudeness from Krystal Legrand. If your going to use a realtor company don’t use them go to century 21.

Negative experience: If I could give negative stars, I would. The first time, we wanted to look at a house, I went to the zillow. Zillow contacted an agent, and that agent contacted me. Too much time went by. And the house we wanted to look at sold. The second time, I thought to myself I am not going to go through Zillow, I am going to call the listing agent directly. I did, It was the weekend before christmas, and I understood she was fixing to go out of town and visit family. So I said we can wait until she got back just to call or text me. I hadn't heard from her by Saturday after Christmas, so I chose to text her. THE HOUSE SOLD WHILE I was waiting for a return call to see the property from the listing agent. She assured me the house wouldn't sell because she was gonna be out of town. Twice. Two different agents from the same office. Obviously they know how to sell houses. They just don't know how to treat people right. Their communication skills need to be addressed.
