With years of experience, Cory knows just about everything, even when it came to costs for remodeling he could give us an idea of what we were looking at. He looks out for your best interest as well. As a first time home buyer this process was naturally stressful but Cory made everything so much easier. I would not take my business anywhere else but the Kramer group! Updated 7/3/26 We are now sellers as well and are transitioning to Madison so this move is naturally very stressful but Cory made the sale of our home so much easier. Fantastic experience: As a first time home owner I didn’t exactly know what to expect with getting our first house. Courtney was patient with all of our many questions, responsive, insightful about important aspects of the houses I wouldn’t have considered otherwise, and was positive throughout the whole experience (even with us needed to see a lot of houses to find the right one). I worked specifically with Leah Moore and she really did a really great job keeping me in mind when seeing properties that she thought were a good fit for me and what I was looking for. She went above and beyond simply responding when asked to see a property that is already listed on MLS. She was proactive in looking for properties that are/were a great fit for me. A few properties I was first/early on viewing properties which is key in this hot real estate market! I live out of state and needed to find contractors to help with repairs and updates to get the house ready for the market. She provided me with excellent sources. Plus, Rachel solved a backyard drainage problem by bringing in a town expert to correct the problem. She is tech savvy, hands on, responsive and very knowledgeable.
