Fantastic experience: Just closed on a property in Berryville of a family member who passed away. I do not live in the area. Our agent was Jeff Epley. He was amazing. He went far beyond what was expected . He helped find someone to empty the house, mow the property, and made minor repairs on his own. Excellent communication. I strongly recommend Jeff.

Due to a number of factors (outside of this firms control) there were a lot of roadblocks and hoops to jump through. He also proactively contacted parties he thought might have an interest. It was a large piece of land so after a time he did alot of work offering suggestions on how to split the land to sell in smaller lots.
