Negative experience: All they want is u too stay there a while and then u leave and they use ur deposit and make u pay for all their updates ..twenty year old carpet ,mold cleaning ,water updates ... They never fully fixed anything...and then they acted like all these damages occurred Soo that I would have too pay all the repairs for the new tendents... Don't rent from them ..there scam artists and they send people who harass u out too ur house for maintenance repairs ... people who shame other past tendents in front of u and brag about howuch they make .. They don't respond back for months..they don't send Info quick enough or ina. Timely manner too get the move out information done ,and like I said they don't fix things ..I went without a working water softener, fridge,doors that opened and locked with keys for tendents ,I had too beg for new locks ..beg for a water softener too be repaired multiple times ..beg for a new fridge ..beg for my water too work ...very unprofessional...they tried too blamee for the mold issues they had before me or my partner on the lease ever moved in ...beware

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Steve Harcourt as an agent to work with in your home search. He quickly becomes a partner in the process rather than treating it like a job. Very calm and collective, knowledgeable, personable, and responsive; and I mean calm because we looked for a long few months in this sellers market. Steve happily answered my calls morning to evening and/or got back with me quickly. His personality fits this kind of industry. Also, if you are just curious what kind of trees are throughout your future property, he's the man!
