Fantastic experience: Excellent company to work with! Just sold a home with them. Chris is a master at what he does. We went from a phone call to an accepted offer in less than two weeks! Chris knows the market and explains to you the comps and variables into why he want to list your property at the price he came up with. This is the second home we sold with Chris and it is always a breeze.

Fantastic experience: We worked with Kim Dubois to find our home. She was amazing to work with! She was constantly sending us newly listed homes in our area that were in our budget. She was very open in discussing the pros and cons of each home. She eventually found us a home that was on the market for less than 3 hours. We put in a good offer, but what really closed it was that Kim put in an aggressive timeline for the seller to accept our offer within 12 hours. We are so happy to work with Kim and plan to go to her for any of our future real estate needs! 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Kim and the team at Terra Firma Realty really did a fantastic job on our home sale. From giving advice on what to do to ensure a successful listing, to a marketing strategy that brought a lot of attention. We weren't selling a huge property or highly valuable home, but it still felt like we were treated the same as someone selling something worth 5x our property. After the sale, they were thorough and made sure we had everything lined up to be easy. Our listing went live on a Friday, we had 2 open houses and 20+ showings in 3 days, and reviewed 10 offers on Tuesday, accepting an offer almost 9% over list price and waiving most contingencies. We could not have asked for a better sale!

We recently completed the purchase of a lakefront lot on Lake Petenwell. We were initially unsure if we were serious about a lot purchase. Several realtors did not respond to our requests for information or gave us low priority. But Griffin treated us like we were the most important customer he had! He always responded immediately to our questions and requests for information. We found a lot we liked and he managed the offer process. After we had an agreement, the Terra Firma team had a great process in place and continued the good communication through the closing. A good experience all around but Griffin gets the gold star for his commitment and responsiveness.

After our offer was accepted, their team tackled the closeout and transition process which made our job of gathering all of the financials super easy. Lastly I want to speak to the service. Terra Firma's staff is there for you and wants what is best for you. Through the final walk through and upon the close, there were a few issues with the home caused by the the sellers. Our agent was able to get these concerns addressed immediately with no issue at all. Terra Firma makes buying a home fun and I cannot thank them enough for that experience!

Negative experience: We had a horrible experience with this company. Our agent kept telling us we had won a property, then we'd find out that was not the case. He also did not keep us informed enough to take the appropriate actions. We ended up losing the house. Best part was that Mike was both the buyer and seller agent for the parties that did win it (while we were directed to work with one of Mike's associates who did not inform us of what was happening). The company then continued to send us other homes we would've loved AFTER they had gone under contract! Would not recommend to anyone. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
