Fantastic experience: Kelly was to help us sell our house quick and made everything super easy for us! She helped us stage the house, came into the house a few times and reccomended improvements/touch ups to be done so that we had the house in top notch condition, she assisted us in finding workers and quotes for jobs, and she managed to get us a quick closing (under 30 days) and communication was always on point. She is very knowlegeable and her network is very broad in the area. I think she best Real Estate Agent in Wheatland area I would say! She is military friendly too, so if youre military, you should definitely use her services.

Fantastic experience: This was the smoothest home sale we have had. Kelly is the best when it comes to reading the current market, suggesting needed repairs to appeal to buyers, staging the home and facilitating every aspect of our home sale. Fantastic experience: When other realtors said no, Kelly said let’s do this!! We reached out to Kelly after we purchased a home in California then almost immediately learned we would need to sale it and move out of state for a family matter. It was going to be a tough sale as the home was a unique early 1900s home in the heart of Marysville that was previously on the market for a long time before we purchased it. Kelly knew a quick sale would be a challenge but she took it on and immediately went to work for us. She beautifully staged the home, arranged photos and videos and marketed the home using many different strategies to bring interest and offers almost immediately. We could not say enough positive things about Kelly’s work ethic and knowledge. Not all realtors are the same and Kelly is a stand out. Don’t go with a realtor that sales homes on the side as a hobby, go with a professional like Kelly. If you are looking for a realtor to take on any challenge Kelly is the right choice.

Fantastic experience: Who thought selling a 2 year old house would be so hard....well when your competition is the builder it is very very difficult to sell in a community that is still being built. Thats when you need to concentrate on the things you can control ...thanks to Kelly we had a plan ...we needed to not only be just as good as a model but better. She funneled buyers to our house by selective marketing, targeting demographics, and just by being an area expert with connections. Fantastic experience: Kelly helped us sell our home last week and we are so glad we chose her as our realtor! She knows the market and did a great job helping us choose the right listing price. Although our house was pretty much staged, she came in with some finishing touches to really dress up our home. We also loved the photographer she used to do our drone video, reel video and photos. He did an amazing job and I'm so thankful that I'll have these photos/videos to look back at and show ours kids where they grew up. Fantastic experience: Working with Kelly Zimmerman at EXP Realty was a 10/10 experience. I was referred to her from my brother, whom she had provided services to when he bought his first home. Coincidentally, he had been referred through a coworker whom she had helped buy their first home as well. Basically, the proof is in the pudding. :) Kelly was attentive to my persistent questions and or concerns throughout the process and thoroughly explained the simple steps as well as the more detailed aspects of the home buying process. I joked with her about how difficult I know I was as her client but never once did she waiver from her professional/courteous self from start to finish. Kelly has helped my friends, my family, and myself buy our first homes and I wouldn't recommend anyone other than her. Personal Example, I was not able to secure a home I had wanted to due to insufficient funds. Kelly explored all options with me to make a competitive offer that I had not previously considered. The home was ultimately offered to another buyer who simply had more personal funds to put down. Plot Twist: The previous deal had fallen through due to buyers personal issues; Due to Kelly's positive reputation and relationships build with sellers in the area, The seller contacted us first and we were able to get into contract the following morning.
