She came out and took photos on the day we contacted her to inquire about listing and had our house listed by that night. She helped us get the home ready and arranged a local builder to check an issue and get it fixed before the sale was final. We live out of town and we were able to handle all transaction through texts and phone calls. Our home was snapped up in a day and Joyce represented our interests and needs well in the sale.
