Fantastic experience: STOP!!! Don't attempt to sale properties on your own. After several years of listing three lots which I wanted to sale as for sale by owner and after two years listing with other local realtors, I listed my property with Bryson Cleland and within nine months all lots were sold and for $11,000.00 more than my listing by owner. I very seldom give reviews and when I do, I never give anyone or any product a 5 star rating, but Bryson has earned it. He is a very professional and knowledgeable realtor and is a comfort to work with. He keeps you informed as to the progress of the sales and never pushes you to accept offers your not 100% comfortable with.
