Fantastic experience: From the very first request for information to how to apply to the very long stressful process Derrick was amazing! He answered all questions quickly and even while on vacation with his family! We couldn’t thank him enough for the work he has put in to get us our very first home! Will be spreading the word around for the few people I know currently inquiring about buying also! Thank you so much Derrick for all your help! We appreciate it more than you will ever know.

Fantastic experience: Derrick made the home buying process enjoyable! Everything went by smoothly. I’ve heard horror stories about how difficult it can be buying a home, however that was not our experience at all! They were patient and answered all of our questions. We will definitely use them again in the future.
Thank you, Shontelle, for the wonderful review and for trusting us with your home purchase. We’re so glad Derrick and the team could make the process smooth and enjoyable and that we could answer all your questions. We look forward to helping you again in the future.
Fantastic experience: Vicki has to be our favorite realtor that we have ever worked with. We have purchased many homes, 6 to be exact, and haven’t been very happy with the way the other realtors never listened to our “must haves” or showing us homes in areas that wouldn’t work for us as a family. Not only did Vicki listen, she was insightful and knowledgeable on what areas in Shelby County would be best to build our forever family home. She answered every text, email and phone call. (And there were many ) And because we live out of state, she would take the time to go view the properties, explain why my “must haves” wouldn’t work for this particular house or property, in detail, and continue to give me hope that she would find what would work for us. AND SHE DID!!! Thank you Vicki for going the extra mile(s) and doing it all with a smile. You will always be our favorite realtor!
It was such a pleasure helping you and your family! I'm excited to see your dream home become a reality! I appreciate your support!
Fantastic experience: Vicki has helped be buy a house (2021) and sell a house (2024) and I cannot recommend her enough! She's knowledgeable about the market and things to look for or think about during walk through. She walked through my house ahead of listing and gave me a punch list to get it ready to list. Her advice helped me get a full price offer the day it listed! If you're looking for a place in Shelbyville or need to sell your house, she's the right person for the job!
Thank you so much for the wonderful review and for trusting me to help you buy in 2021 and sell in 2024. I’m thrilled the walk-through punch list and market advice helped you get a full-price offer the day your home listed. I appreciate your recommendation and kind words about my Shelbyville expertise. I look forward to helping you or anyone you refer with future real estate needs.

I will say...your interest is her best interest! She will do everything in her power to make everything as smooth as possible for you, and make sure you are walking into a good deal! She did not disappoint, and will try her best not let you down. She was very informative, and explained every process, and is completely honest with you about everything!
