Fantastic experience: We can’t say enough about how excellent it was to work with Alex. She was absolutely fantastic at every step of the process. We worked with Alex to find a mountain property. When we first contacted her, we thought we knew what we were looking for but she really helped refine our search and helped us find a property that met all of our needs. And she did it quickly!! After we found our property, she walked us through every step of the process and sent us weekly updates to make sure that everything went smoothly. She navigated some pretty frustrating bank issues, keeping us reassured and everything perfectly on track! We are in Denver and Alex was always available to meet people at the property and help us get things done. She has even been available after the closing to help with some work at the property! Oh, and she was 9 months pregnant and delivered during our process and didn’t miss a beat! We HIGHLY recommend her if you are looking for a place in the CB area!

I’ve bought a few houses in my time and although the process keeps getting more complex, Alex made it simple with a good outline of what needed to be done and very helpful timeline to go with . it. Then she updated that regularly and kept us on track accomplishing those things. She also has a good local network of specialists, inspectors, surveyors, etc. which was tremendously helpful. She was with us all the way through from offer to closing with excellent advise when we needed it along the way (and we did need it!). Fantastic experience: I by chance ran across a listing Alex had just sold. We loved the kitchen and design of the home. Although we are not looking in the Crested Butte/Gunnison areas, I contacted her out of the blue; honestly not anticipating a response back. I received a timely and very courteous, detailed reply. Fantastic experience: Alex was absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish (and beyond). As a first time home buyer, it's no underestimation to say I had a million questions throughout our process, she answered them all with patience, guidance and humor when needed. She was always available through out the entire process AND after. I was not in town for much of the purchase process. With her help, I put an offer on a home, sight unseen. We eventually did view the property. But in the meantime, she took plenty of videos and we face-timed. Even after we closed – Alex has not disappeared. She has been readily available for anything that has come up including ‘handyman’ work done after closing. • She is an expert on the Crested Butte area and throughout the process AND afterwards, she provides me with resources to explore and use; i.e. handyman, builders, construction folks, carpet and furniture vendors, etc. She even sought out and delivered me quotes. I sense that Alex will always be there for me.

Fantastic experience: Alex represented us on the buy side for a condo in Mount Crested Butte recently and, based on our experience with a number of real estate agents across multiple states over several decades, we would direct anyone interested in the Gunnison County area to look to her first.
