Negative experience: Heatd once from this place, never heard from them again in a week.So i recommend going to another agency. Don't waste your time with this place.

Negative experience: ⭐️ 1-Star Review I would not recommend Nicolette Lewis or this Coldwell Banker office based on my experience purchasing our home. The biggest issue was the roof. Our purchase agreement required the sellers to repair an active roof leak before closing. We relied on that agreement, only to discover after purchasing the home that the roof had not been properly repaired. We are now dealing with continued leaking and damage to the carpet and drywall ceiling, along with thousands of dollars in additional repair costs. What makes this situation even more concerning and unprofessional to me is that the person the sellers hired to perform the roof repair was Nicolette Lewis’s boyfriend. As the sellers’ realtor, I expected Nicolette to handle the transaction and repair situation with a high level of professionalism and transparency. The work that was done did not resolve the roof problem, and we are now left dealing with the consequences after closing. We trusted that the agreed-upon repair would actually be completed properly. I am extremely disappointed with how this transaction and the repair situation were handled. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions a person makes, and I expected the sellers’ realtor to conduct herself professionally throughout the transaction and to take the agreed-upon repairs seriously. To add.. I have tried to contact this office & the sellers that have done this to us & of course no answers, no help, nothing.. I strongly recommend that anyone purchasing a home independently verify every repair before closing and make sure everything is properly documented in writing.

Fantastic experience: Talk about perseverance… My Father’s Estate HELOC short-sale was a nightmare with HUD being totally unresponsive and utterly inept with document processing but Deb called every week for nearly 5 months and shook every limb to finally get HUD to accept the offer and close the sale. I don’t think I’ve ever had anybody work so hard for me on anything before. I’ll be selling my house in NorCal soon and would use her to list my house in a heartbeat if she worked here out west.

We put in an offer and she worked late to get it to the sellers that same evening. Her diligent work led to us getting the house. There are three parts to working with a real estate agent and company, working diligently to find a house, making closing effortless, and after closing support. Extremely patient and understating and really took the time to explain things and make sure that I understood even if it took a few times.
