It was amazing to know that our listing was being taken care of quietly, professionally, calmly, communication skills were excellent. His common sense approach and experience helped with unusual property obstacles, Nick was diligent and above board at all times, professional to both buyer and seller. He maintained a great working relationship with the mortgage company and title company as well. Super resourceful :) He was very conscious of all questions and was punctual in addressing every concern. He followed up after closing to make sure everything was taken care of. I do believe that his agency is able to adequately handle listings at any distance.
