Fantastic experience: I was so lucky to find Tanner! He has been professional, effective, and patient with my evolving decision to sell a lovely piece of property. Tanner spent a good deal of effort walking the land to get a genuine feel for the 4 acres. His comps and description of how he came up with pricing really spelled out everything that would sell the property. His listing was well written and included professional photos and drone shots. At times, he even cleared a pathway through brush so that buyers could walk more easily! He helped us through every step of the way and helped us through the offer/acceptance process.
