Negative experience: I am at a loss for words. Shame on you. Taking advantage of not just a young couple but veterans. Disabled veterans. On their FIRST home. My husband and I purchased our first home from this “agency”. Everything seemed wonderful with the home and our realtor seemed like such a honest person, got to know us (to his advantage). We asked questions about the property and I trusted his word. But he’s just another snake in the grass. Long story short we purchased and have been living here for a year. Maybe 4 months after living here we started experiencing issues. We thought okay not too big of a deal. We were so wrong. We called out numerous contractors, plumbers, heat repair, etc; Well the most recent people we called to repair stuff, told us that they NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO SELL US THIS HOUSE IN THIS CONDITION. We had them come out for something and they would find a completely different issue every time. We’re not talking minor issues, we are talking VERY CONCERNING ISSUES. HUGE REPAIRS. Everything that was given the green light is totally false. The fact that they couldn’t even clean out BLACK MOLD FROM THE CRAWL SPACE is infuriating. Oh and might I add they never informed us that there was a flood down there at some point CAUSING THE BLACK MOLD! DO NOT TRUST THEM AND RUN. They just care about their profit. Not you. Dear Zeb, no I will not take down my review. And no it was not Lydia. I will not take down my review because while I understand you are all “”independent” contractors you’re all part of the same group… Another thing, I know I am not the only person that has had issues with you all. I have talked to and met so many people. Seems like not being told what is wrong with a properties entirety, is a trend with you all. One of you sold a home to someone (not myself) that got all flooded out because you sold the property in the winter when water was pumped out the previous summer. And you did not disclose that detail… there’s more where that comes from. Not disclosing things to people who are looking for a HOME is not a nice thing. I speak the truth and I am not taking this down. Maybe if you all would help do something I would CHANGE it. But I am not taking down a review so someone else deals with the stress and heartache.

Fantastic experience: We recently worked with Zeb to buy a house in the Fairbanks area. We are first time homebuyers in Alaska and were offsite during the transaction, which was a challenge! Zeb was super helpful during the entire process and was able to give advice on neighborhoods, home values, and even pointers on lenders. Our first offer was accepted! Communication was outstanding.
